Fun Fact: 
She enjoys spending time with her 2 boys Landon and Ashton. Her family brings much joy to her life and she looks forward to waffle and bacon Sunday every week with her boys!  She believes life is all about balance and finding ways to release negative energy in your body with movement. She enjoys activities such as, running, biking, and yoga. She will be obtaining her RYT 200 yoga certification this fall and can’t wait to bring the power of yoga to others. 

Audrey Lutz, MSW, LICSW has been working in the social work field for 7 years. She received her masters degree in social work from West Virginia University in 2012. Audrey has experience in working with various populations. She comes with numerous years of working with Veterans and their family members, as well as experience working with couples, families, children, and adolescents. She is passionate about healing and self-care. She maintains a heavy focus on the importance of self-compassion and finding joy and purpose in life. She recognizes that everyone grows and learns differently and in knowing this, embraces each clients needs and abilities to heal, learn and grow. She takes on a holistic approach with focus on the mind, body, and spirit. Therapy models she incorporates in her practice are: mindfulness, meditation, diaphragm breathing, trauma informed therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and EMDR-Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy
