She recognizes that everyone grows and learns differently and embraces each client's needs and abilities to heal, learn and grow. She utilizes a holistic approach to psychotherapy by incorporating various mind-body interventions including: mindfulness skills, meditation, yoga, cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, trauma informed therapy, internal family systems (IFS), & motivational interviewing.
