Licensed Professional Counselor
We are a growing practice seeking either full-time or part-time Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) or Social Workers (LICSW) to work in our Morgantown, WV office. We are accepting applications for therapists to see Adult, Child and Adolescent patients.  This is an opportunity for an independently licensed counselor or social worker.  
Competitive Salary based on experience.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides comprehensive initial intakes and formulate a diagnosis based upon assessment of the assigned new or readmitted individual consumer.
Complete progress notes on all patients, in the EMR, in a timely fashion and as per regulatory compliance.
Complete all required reports and other paperwork in a timely manner and as per regulatory compliance.
Maintains individual caseload and schedule independently and responsibly.  
Performs other duties as required.
Other Requirements:
WV Criminal Clearance
FBI Clearance
DHS Child Abuse Certification
Master's Degree from an Accredited Program
LP License in good standing
